Ilan Russo Bocic
Trial lawyer specialising in economic criminal law, corporate criminal liability and strategic litigation. With more than eight years at the Fiscalía Metropolitana Oriente (Eastern Metropolitan Prosecutor's Office) as a lawyer and deputy prosecutor, where he led investigations into economic crime. He holds a Master's in Criminal Law (Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat de Barcelona) and works across compliance structures, crime prevention models (MPD) and the identification of corporate risk, advising companies on these matters.

Nicolás Oxman
Criminal defence lawyer with twenty years of experience in criminal litigation, alongside an extensive academic career. He has taught criminal law at undergraduate and postgraduate level in several universities. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law from the University of Valencia and a Master's in Criminal Law from the University of Talca. He was awarded a Conicyt scholarship for doctoral studies abroad and has been granted research projects in Chile (Fondecyt) and overseas as co-investigator. He has published more than fifty academic articles in specialised journals.
